I was kindly invited by Villa Aurora to speak with Michaela Ullmann, Exile Studies Librarian at USC Libraries Special Collections, about the ways in which artists in exile Lion and Marta Feuchtwanger and their home in the Pacific Palisades, Villa Aurora, were sources of inspiration for “Those Who Are Saved”.
